Jar of summer truffle carpaccio (40 g): Summer truffles (Tuber aestivum) 50%, extra virgin olive oil, aroma, salt. 

Jar of olive spread and summer truffles 3% (50 g): Made from button mushrooms, black olives and summer truffles. Button mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) 51%, black olives 25%, extra virgin olive oil, natural aroma, summer truffles (Tuber Aestivum) 3%, salt, garlic.
