In Provence, it sometimes happens that the east blows in good weather during the summer; it is then called "white levant", "repaired" or "levantas".
Inspired by the countries of the Middle East, this blend of "Levant" organic spices is inspired by Zaatar. Based on thyme (woody & floral), sumac (tangy & acidic), sesame (nutty & rich) and paprika. It will give a smoky oriental touch to all your dishes.
